Beavercreek, Ohio, in Greene county, is conveniently located inside the Dayton - Springfield metropolitan area.
The area now known as the city of Beavercreek was first settled in in the early 1800s. It was part of the Township of Beavercreek until 1979, and was incorporated as a city in February of 1980. Due to its outstanding quality of life, the area became one of the fastest growing suburbs of Dayton, Ohio.
Beavercreek boasts of 22 parks that are open to both visitors and residents. These include Spicer Heights, Wartinger Park, Hunter's Ridge and Walnut Grove Park. You can enjoy soccer at the Ankeney Soccer Complex. The city is also close to the Oregon Historical District and America's Packard Museum. Apart from these, the Recreation Department of Beavercreek organizes several events throughout the year.
